Atelier Gloss Varnish
Atelier Gloss Varnish is a water based, non-toxic final varnish that is self-leveling. This Gloss Varnish can also be used as a medium to change the sheen levels of acrylic paints. Atelier Gloss Varnish provides a non-tacky protective coating also available in a Satin or Matte finish. Atelier Gloss Varnish is a creamy, mid-viscosity product made from hard acrylic emulsion. Water-based varnishes are non-removable, however they can be overpainted.
- For best results, apply an isolation coat of Fast Fixer/Medium or Binder Medium prior to varnishing.
- Fast Fixer/Medium Must be used if varnishing over Atelier Interactive paints
- To achieve a more glossy look simply add extra coats (additional thin coats are better than one thick coat)
