Matisse Gel Medium is a transparent gloss medium with a thick, buttery consistency. Matisse Gel Medium can be used as a transparent colour extender in the production of brilliant coloured glazes or as a transparent impasto medium for thick 3-dimensional brush and knife applications. Matisse Gel Medium will maintain the structure, brushstrokes and textural effects of undiluted Matisse Structure colours once dry. If reduced with water and Spreader Medium, Matisse Gel Medium will adapt for thick but smooth flowing glazes.
